Roman is the original brain behind xptracker. What started as a personal portfolio feature quickly turned into something more—an idea to help job seekers stay organized without the usual headaches. He laid the foundation for the product and now leads the team, responsible for shaping the grand vision and pulling together the many moving parts to ensure security, reliability, and scalability. Roman believes users should have full control over their data, and that tools like this should simplify—not complicate—the job hunt.

Alejandro brings xptracker to life on the front-end with clean, mobile-friendly interfaces and a sharp eye for design. He’s a full-stack developer who thrives on jumping into new challenges—whether it’s squashing bugs or building new features. Alejandro also brings a lot of forward-thinking ideas to the table that will shape the app’s future. His experience building branded experiences at Jazwares (home of Squishmallows) helps make xptracker not just functional, but enjoyable to use.

Cody is a talented full-stack developer with experience at Amazon, and someone who can tackle just about any technical challenge thrown his way. On xptracker, he’s been focused on developing the payment system and backend infrastructure. He also brings a fresh, creative perspective to the product, contributing a number of innovative ideas. Cody has a knack for picking up codebases quickly and making an impact fast.
